Personal Managment Paper Assignment (100 Points Total):

Write an 8-10 page research paper, not including cover and reference pages, discussing a current topic of interest in the field of management and how it may enhance you personally and professionally. Use the text chapter titles used in this course as a general guideline for selecting one specific topic that is of most interest to you and/or relates to your work experience. As a first reference entry, cite the textbook and chapter (with chapter title) that you chose; however, do not use information from the text but go to outside research sources and students should be encouraged to use at least “5” sources of research minimum for this paper. Be sure to give personal opinions, examples that justify your conclusions, and use graphics if you want (cut and paste with credit given) or make your own charts, tables, and so forth. Papers must be written using the APA format.
